Despite technological advances, letters and personal meeting remain the most effective means of communicating with elected officals. There are circumstances, however, when it's better to send an email. For Example, if a committee is scheduled to take action on a piece of legislation tomorrow and your legislator is on that committee, then an e-mail or phone call may be the only way to get your message through in time. These links can help you find the legislator and all of their contact information.

Physicians receive license renewal packets that direct them to call CE Broker for a subscription to handle their CE credits. However, local MECOP (Medical Educational Council of Pensacola) can also track your CME credits.
The Florida Board of Medicine accepts MECOP’s notarized CME report in response to any physician audit. Physicians are exempt from reporting exclusively through CE Broker. Physicians can self-report to CE Broker without a fee. However, you cannot access what CE Broker has in your file without a $35 fee. To contact the local MECOP office call (850) 477-4956 or visit www.mecop.org.
