Part-Time Physician: $200
20 hours or less/week
Retired Physician: $100
Receiving $0 in income
Active Military: $60

How to become a member of E.C.M.S.

Membership in our medical society is open to all licensed physicians, both medical doctors (M.D.) and doctors of osteopathy (D.O.) who practice medicine in Northwest Florida.

Please apply for membership & then come to our next general membership meeting so we may introduce you to our members.

 

 

  1. Fill out the ECMS Application (click on the picture to the right to download & print)
  2. Include all requested documents
  3. Email us your photo for the ECMS website
  4. Pay your membership dues via PayPal or Check.
  5. * Your membership is contingent upon receipt of your dues

 

Our executive committee (all volunteers) meets by-monthly to review all applications. You will notification in the mail of your acceptance. You will also be announced in our next newsletter, so please include a photo of yourself. Photos may also be emailed to info@escambiacms.org
